How do I place an order on Ishaq Gems?

Placing an order on our website is quick, safe and easy.

Once you have found the item you’d like to buy, add it to the cart, then follow the directions through to the checkout and complete your order.

We accept PayPal and credit/debit card payments.

Are your Gemstones and Pearls genuine?

Yes. All our products are exactly as described.

How can I maintain my jewellery?

Most fine jewellery should be kept free of perfumes and fragrances as well as dirt and perspiration. Wipe clean with a dry cloth or jewellery cloth, available from our accessories page.

Freshwater Pearls and Semi-Precious Gemstones can be gently wiped with a slightly damp cloth and air dried on tissue paper.

Silver should be kept dry and should be stored in a tarnish-proof cloth or a pouch. Avoid contact with any rubber materials as they can start tarnishing the silver.

Can my items be repaired?

Yes. All items can be repaired if there is a manufactures fault.

If the item is repairable we will happily offer you a replacement.

You will need to contact us via email info@ishaqgems.co.uk for your repair to be processed. We keep you updated on all items sent into us for repair.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Items purchased from our ISHAQ GEMS store can be returned in saleable condition within 28 days (from the day you have made payment) for a full refund.

Once you have contacted us about a refund, you will need to send the item back to us and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

The refund will be processed once the item has been returned to us.

We do not offer cash refunds.
